I’ve found that conception, pregnancy and birth are an opportunity to imprint children from their first moments of life with feelings of safety, connection and healthy love. Your choices and actions right now matter.
I serve my mission by guiding pregnant couples to take radical responsibility, release birth fears, embrace their body’s innate wisdom and intentionally create a safe atmosphere for birthing and nesting together. These are the ingredients for a sacred, empowering, connected birth.
As a certified holistic childbirth educator, natural birth & postpartum coach, breastfeeding advocate, relationship counselor and conflict resolution mediator, I bring a full-spectrum approach to the whole journey from conception to parenting.
