Why I Do This Work
I grew up in a home shaped by conflict and disconnection, and I entered adulthood carrying patterns I didn’t yet understand. Over time — through study, mentorship, healing work, and lived experience — I learned how relationships can be repaired, stabilized, and transformed when people are given the right tools and support.
Later, my own journey into marriage, pregnancy, and motherhood deepened this calling. Experiencing a wild pregnancy, a natural, undisturbed home birth and early family life clarified just how foundational these moments are — not only for parents, but for the children they raise.
This work exists because I’ve lived both sides: disconnection and repair, fear and trust, chaos and steadiness.
