Birth is not just about getting through labor.
For many couples, pregnancy brings both excitement and uncertainty.
You may be gathering information, hearing conflicting advice, and sensing that birth is more than a medical event — yet unsure how to prepare in a way that feels grounded and true to your values.
Wholehearted Birth™ exists for couples who want to approach birth intentionally — with clarity, confidence, and care for the lifelong imprint this experience leaves on both baby and family.
This childbirth education series is for couples who:
• Want a grounded, non-clinical approach to childbirth education
• Are drawn to natural, physiological birth and holistic preparation
• Care deeply about protecting the mother–baby bond
• Value secure attachment and trauma-aware beginnings
• Are mindful about environment, nourishment, and minimizing unnecessary interventions
• Want to approach birth intentionally, not on autopilot
• Desire informed choice without fear-based messaging or pressure
• Want partners to feel confident, involved, valued, and prepared
• Are thinking beyond the birth itself toward the family culture they are creating
• Believe the way a child enters the world matters — and leaves a lasting imprint
• Are preparing for hospital, birth center, home birth, or free birth
What makes Wholehearted Birth™ different
Wholehearted Birth™ is not a one-day crash course or a technique-only program.
This series supports couples in preparing for birth as a physiological, spiritual, relational, and formative life threshold, not just a medical event.
This is also a space to learn alongside other thoughtful couples and begin building lasting friendships that often extend beyond the series itself.
We focus on:
-
supporting the body’s innate capacity for birth
-
protecting the emotional and neurological imprint of birth
-
strengthening partnership and shared decision-making
-
preparing for postpartum and early family life — not just labor
The intention is not perfection or control, but clarity, steadiness, and trust as you enter parenthood.

Hey, I'm
Forest Soleil
....................
I support couples preparing for birth and early family life with calm, grounded guidance rooted in physiology, relationship, and informed choice.
I’m also a wife and mother, and my work is deeply informed by lived experience alongside years of supporting families through birth and early parenthood.
My background spans holistic childbirth education, birth and postpartum doula care, and relationship-centered support for couples navigating major life transitions. I bring a steady, respectful presence to vulnerable conversations and help families move out of fear and into clarity.
My work is educational and relational — not clinical — and focused on helping couples prepare thoughtfully for birth, parenthood, and the family culture they are creating.
